Our kombucha starts with award-winning, hand-harvested oolong from the high mountains of Taiwan, slow-fermented just steps from LA’s Arts District to capture a sense of place in every bottle. The result is delicate and floral, with airy, slightly earthy notes and a touch of minerality. Ruby Oolong brings a warm, toasted depth that's both comforting and complex. Bright and lightly dry, with fine, natural effervescence, it finishes clean and perfectly balanced.
