Please note that certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business and shipping interruptions and/or local regulations due to COVID-19. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments and returns. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Currently, Joimo only ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Express Orders: Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders ship the same business day if placed by 12 PM ET, otherwise, these orders will ship the following business day.

Return Policy

You may return merchandise in its original undamaged packaging within 30 days of your purchase with the original receipt. After returned merchandise is received, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.

Delivery fees and giftwrapping are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

If you need to return any unopened merchandise, you may request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) code. We will email you a shipping label with the RMA code included. Simply attach this shipping label to the package containing the items to be returned. Be sure to include your original receipt.

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, then we will replace or exchange the merchandise.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

  • Items without an original receipt or gift receipt
  • All perishable items (including tea)
  • Monogrammed/personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
