This year, the doors to our tasting room opened to the public. A few flavors, a few taps, and a vision steeped in slow brewing and intentional joy.

Over the year, we’ve poured our favorite flavors for our favorite people in our tasting room — one glass at a time. And, to our most heartfelt joy, we’ve even showed up on shelves at the area’s finest small-batch retailers like @gjustagrocer , @farmshopca and @meat.and.essentials. From first sips to familiar faces, 2025 was a year of beginnings, of gathering and of creating space for the kind of rituals that ground and refresh.

As we step into 2026, we’re raising a glass to more of that: more calm in the everyday, more joy in the small things, and more moments shared with you.

And with that, enjoy some of our favorite memories from just starting construction to that grand opening launch party we treasure so much.
