Meet "The Kombucha Mamma" and get your copy of The Big Book of Kombucha signed.

On Saturday, November 21, from 2 to 3:30PM, Hannah Rumaham Crum, author of The Big Book of Kombucha and longtime fermentation educator, joins us at Joimo for a Guided Kombucha Tasting. You'll sip a curated flight of Joimo kombucha. You'll learn to taste for aroma, acidity, sweetness, and mouthfeel. Hannah will share stories of fermentation, culture, and tradition. Then we'll close with a communal toast and a Q&A.

Bring your copy of the book to sign, or pick one up at the event. Signed copies will be available for purchase.

This isn't a brewing class. It's an invitation to taste more attentively and make fermentation part of your everyday ritual. Early bird tickets are $49 through 11/9, then $55. Grab yours at the link in the bio!

In Luye, Taiwan, mountains and a river valley shape that character of every cup. Our Ruby Oolong opens with notes of caramel and cocoa, wrapped in aromas of wheat and sugar cane. It finishes lightly and pairs well with chocolate and creamy desserts.

Mrs. Wu’s story with tea started at university, where she met her husband and the two bonded over a shared passion for farming and agriculture. Years ago, they began growing, making, and processing tea together. Since then, she has perfected her practices and built one of the most successful tea farms in Taiwan, one of the few that are women-owned.

Some results need no explanation.
