It started with oolong tea brought back from Taiwan, a chef who turned it into something incredible, and friends who couldn’t get enough. What began as homemade batches shared between friends slowly turned into something we couldn’t stop chasing: better tea, better kombucha, made for everyone.

And this September, we’re turning 1. One year of brewing, pouring, and getting to share this with all of you.

High in mountains of Alishan, the air, the altitude, and the land shape every cup: the aroma of mango peel greets you first, then mango sweetness blooms with each sip, accompanied by soft vanilla cream and a touch of jasmine.

Five generations, one mountain, and zero shortcuts. The Chen family has farmed their land in Alishan for over 100 years: first bamboo, then rice, and now tea. Thirty years ago they started growing Jhin-Hsuan (or Jin Xuan) oolong. Through a slow, meticulous process of oxidizing and roasting, they created something unexpected: a tea that has an inherent ripe mango fragrance with no actual fruit. Today, Mr. Chen and his wife manage the farm; the unique mango taste is a culmination of over 100 years of farming expertise and the terroir of their land.
