Ingredients

  • 60 ml Joimo Gin Infusion
  • 30 ml Dry Vermouth
  • Ice
  • Lemon peel
  • 1 dash of orange bitters (optional)

Difficulty: Easy | Total Time: 5 Minutes

Instructions

  1. Combine Joimo Infusion, dry vermouth, and orange bitters into a very chilled glass
  2. Fill the glass with large ice cubes
  3. Stir quickly in glass for about 1 minute, until the glass is very cold
  4. Strain into your favorite glass
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel
