  • 60 ml Joimo Gin Infusion
  • 30 ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist
  • 1 dash of orange bitters (optional)

Difficulty: Easy | Total Time: 5 Minutes

  2. Fill the glass with large ice cubes
  3. Stir quickly in glass for about 30 times, until the mixture is very cold
  4. Strain into your favorite glass
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist

Tips

  • The key to a great martini is chilling it as quickly as possible getting it close to freezing (32 F/O C) without diluting it too much.
    • Chill your glass in the freezer before making your martini.
    • Use large ice cubes (1” cubes if possible) to stir.
    • Make sure the ice is not dripping with water before adding them to your mixing glass.
  • We prefer a Nick and Nora glass because it is easy to drink from and retains its temperature much better than a martini glass or a coupe glass!
