Spanning five generations and over 100 years, the Chens have farmed and cared for their land in Alishan, harvesting bamboo, rice, and other classics.
While there are no fruits or additives in the Jin Xuan tea, the combination of their meticulous process of oxidizing and roasting traditional oolong combined with the elevation of their farm and terroir, results in a tea that tastes as if it was kissed by mangoes.
As one of the youngest, yet most experienced, farmers, Mr. Chen and his wife manage the family farm and continue to ensure that the terroir is optimal for their uniquely aromatic tea.
