Our Onyx Oolong is a single-origin rare high mountain oolong tea that is oxidized and dried like black tea.
It is handpicked specifically to ensure a ratio of 2 young leaves for every bud. While oolong is typically lightly oxidized, roasted, then dried, Onyx Oolong goes through a more traditional black tea process where it is heavily oxidized and then immediately dried.
